The secret to this carpaccio? It might just be the sauce. 🍷

Our Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio is served with tonnato sauce, pickled shallots, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and grilled country bread.

If you’re not familiar with tonnato, it’s a savory Italian sauce made with tuna, anchovies, capers, lemon, and mayonnaise. Creamy, bright, briny, and full of flavor, it pairs beautifully with the delicate, chilled beef tenderloin.

Share it as a starter for the table or keep it all to yourself and make a meal of it. Add a glass of wine from our thoughtfully curated selection and your evening is off to a very good start.

Need an excuse to make plans? Pasta Happy Hour is the answer. Join us Tuesday through Thursday from 4:30–6:30 PM and enjoy a full-size Caesar salad, your choice of one of our housemade pastas, and a glass of house wine for just $29 (plus tax and gratuity).

A quick heads-up, friends — BOCCA will be closed this evening for a sold-out Caymus Wine Dinner.
