If you’re in the Birmingham area I can’t recommend it enough. Get there early and don’t be dumb like me. Get more food, cause I wish I had even after tearing this plate UP.

☹️ Due to a series of unfortunate events, we will NOT have beef ribs or chicken this Saturday.

We WILL have:
• Brisket
• Pulled Pork
• Spare Ribs
• Sausage

With Memorial Day weekend here, we expect a very short day as folks stock up for cookouts and get-togethers. If you’re planning to come by, come EARLY. A quick sellout is pretty much inevitable.

We appreciate y’all more than you know, and we’ll be back to full strength as soon as possible. 🇨🇱

Well friends, we had every intention of being open for Mother’s Day tomorrow, but unfortunately we’ll be CLOSED this Sunday.

This week, we received some incredible reviews on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram from some amazing local influencers, and the response has honestly blown us away. Birmingham showed up BIG for us this weekend. The downside? Y’all literally bought us out of food. We don’t even have enough product left to prep for tomorrow.

As we continue learning and growing, we’re also reevaluating our schedule moving forward. Sundays are currently a shorter service day for us, but they come right after our busiest day of the week. By the end of a packed Saturday, inventory runs low and staffing gets stretched thin, which makes it difficult to maintain the level of service and quality we expect from ourselves.

Today was one of those days. We were running nonstop trying to keep up — refilling tea, sauces, napkins, emptying trash, and making sure everyone was taken care of — and while we definitely had some hiccups, we’re incredibly thankful for the patience and support everyone showed us.

We may transition to a Tuesday–Saturday schedule in the near future so we can stay fully stocked, better support our team, and avoid having to put up the dreaded “SOLD OUT” sign so early.

To everyone who came out today: thank you. Seriously. Seeing a full restaurant and so many people excited about Central Texas BBQ in Birmingham means the world to us.

We’ll take Sunday to regroup, restock, and tighten a few things up — and we’ll be back Tuesday ready to do it all again.

Thanks to an awesome review from Eating With Amy we have been absolutely SLAMMED today — and y’all are about to wipe us out before dinner even starts.

At the rate we’re going, we may not make it to dinner service, so if you’re wanting some real Central Texas-style BBQ today, you’d better hurry!
