When we wanted to “kick off” our newest single-origin from Brazil, there was only one person we thought of… ! Born in the South with ancestry in Brazil, he basically IS our newest Limão Rosa microblog offering.

And we couldn’t be more excited to bring this delicious offering to you guys. With notes of hazelnut spread, pear, golden raisin, shortbread, this naturally processed bean comes from the Cerrado Minerio region in Brazil from our exceptional partners there.

Grab a bag and come back for our brew guide dropping next week. Make it hot. Make it iced. Either way, it’s soooo good.

We are thrilled with the response of how much you guys are loving our Rwanda coffee and we wanted to create a pocket-sized brew guide for you to make sure you get every delicious tasting note from the bag to your mug!

It’s that time of the year. 🥺🥺

We look back with full eyes and full hearts to remember all the good times with our Spring roasts. The laughs with Gesha. The long walks with Rwanda. Those late nights with Burundi.

But as we look back, we also look forward to the good times ahead as new Summer roasts begin to arrive.

🧊’d coffee to the rescue!

As summer creeps in, we are excited to rollout some of our favorite flash-chilled brew!

Save for later! FULL BREW GUIDE

We’ve loved hearing how much you guys are enjoying the new single-lot Rwandan coffees. And because we’ve had a few questions regarding the best way to extract those unique flavors, Jeff put together a real-time brew guide so you can literally brew at the same time and get the same delicious results.

If you want the guide emailed to you so it’s easier, just DM us and we’ll add you to the list.

Enjoy!

A very special Happy Mother’s Day to the mother (and founder) of Non-Fiction Coffee, Lisa.

Over the past decade of Non-Fiction’s work, Lisa has created and executed on a unique vision that utilizes a coffee roasting business as a way to establish, build, and foster communities around the globe. If you have ever enjoyed one of our delicious single-origins, blends, or flash-chilled coffee, you have her to thank for it. Her tireless energy, leadership, and unwavering commitment to highlighting the unseen can be felt in every drop of delicious coffee we roast.

So today we highlight Lisa and all the mothers on this very special day. You all deserve the best! Cheers.

We couldn’t be happier to bring back our single origin Rwanda, knowing you will love it just as much as us.

But some of you were asking specifically for a pour over recipe in order to optimize the flavor from this unique lot.

So we tasked our roasting team with perfecting the ultimate recipe and they have done it.

We’ll post it this week so get your orders in and follow along for the ultimate experience of this amazing cup!
