Not only to celebrate her nomination for Best Bar Mentor at the Tales Spirited Awards, but to recognize the impact she’s had on so many in Birmingham’s hospitality community. Her reach knows no bounds, and knowing Steva is knowing what true companionship, generosity, and dedication to a craft looks like.

Tomorrow’s Monday Table is taking us on a trip through Latin America with Chef Rom Mendez. 🌎🍽️

From cheesy cachapas and crispy arepas to truck fries loaded with chicken, cheese dip, and pico, this menu is packed with bold flavors you won’t find on our regular menu. And if you’re looking for something a little lighter, the honey glazed salmon salad is calling your name.
