Well…

I planned to open this weekend as a make-up weekend.

But the last two days have been nonstop.

I’ve been buried in prep and still need a little more time.

So we’ll stay closed this Saturday and Sunday and reopen Monday.

Sorry for the delay. I’d rather get it right than rush it.

5/27 New Menu Update

It’s 12:30 PM now, and I’m not going to lie — I’m behind on prep and won’t be able to open this evening.

I’ve been in the restaurant since 5:30 AM working nonstop, and honestly, I still see more work ahead than what’s actually finished. I truly wanted to open tonight, but I need more time to make sure everything is done properly.

We will be closed for the remainder of today and reopen tomorrow (Thursday) during normal business hours.

Because we lost a couple days of business this week, we will extend our hours and open:
• Saturday — Lunch & Dinner
• Sunday Lunch — 11 AM–2:30 PM

I’m extremely sorry for the delay again, and thank you for your patience and support.

Good food takes time — and I promise the new menu will be worth the wait.

For nine years, noodlezip has been more than just a restaurant to me.
It has been long nights, mistakes, growth, friendships, lessons, and memories shared around a small dining room in North Dakota.

To celebrate our 9th anniversary, I wanted to create something personal — a special tasting experience inspired by the journey of noodlezip since 2017.

“9 Years, 9 Moments” is a 9-course anniversary dinner featuring dishes and flavors that reflect the food, culture, techniques, and memories that shaped me as a chef over the last nine years.

This will be an intimate chef tasting experience with limited seating and optional wine pairings curated for each course.

Thank you to everyone who has supported noodlezip throughout the years.
Whether you visited once or a hundred times, you became part of this journey.

Starting tomorrow (05/27/2026), noodlezip will be moving to a limited special menu for this week and next week 🍜

Due to temporary vendor supply issues, we’ll be offering a smaller chef-selected menu while supplies last.

We will also continue serving remaining appetizer and spring menu items until sold out, including favorites like Crab Wontons, Vegetarian Spring Rolls, and a few other items currently still available.

Dear noodlezip guests,

I sincerely apologize, but noodlezip will be closed on Saturdays until further notice.

As many of you know, I have been operating the kitchen, service, and dishwashing mostly on my own, and physically, it has become very difficult to continue without taking a short step back to recover.

I deeply appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support for noodlezip throughout the years. My goal is to return with better energy and continue serving you with the care and quality you deserve.
