Happy Independence Day!

Noodlezip will be closed today (Friday, July 3rd) in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

We will be back on Monday, July 6th, with our regular business hours.

UPDATE – 4:15 PM

I owe everyone an apology.

I’ve been on the phone and troubleshooting with our system administrator since 9:00 AM, and unfortunately, as of 4:15 PM, we are still not back online.

At this point, I don’t believe we’ll be able to open for dinner service tonight.

I know many of you were looking forward to trying the new menu, and trust me, nobody is more frustrated about this than I am right now. I’ve spent the entire day talking to tech support instead of cooking noodles. That’s never a good sign.

Our goal is to have everything fixed and ready to go tomorrow. If the system is still giving us trouble, we will do our best to open anyway and operate on a cash-only basis if necessary.

Please note that we do not have an ATM on site, so please plan accordingly should that happen.

We’re a very small team, and when something like this happens, there isn’t much of a backup plan. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Again, I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.

Hopefully we’ll see you tomorrow with hot pho, cold beer, and a brand-new menu.

☀️ SUMMER 2026 MENU IS HERE! 🍜

While we’re still working through today’s computer and POS issues, I figured I’d give everyone something more exciting to look at while we wait.

After months of testing, tweaking, and tasting, our Summer 2026 Menu is finally here!

From returning favorites to brand-new dishes, this menu reflects where Noodlezip is today—simple, fresh, and full of the flavors I love sharing with our community.

Unfortunately, I may be spending most of today continuing to work through the computer issues, so I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we get everything sorted out.

In the meantime, take a look at the new menu and let me know what you’re most excited to try! 🍜🌶️🥟🍮

Well…

I planned to open this weekend as a make-up weekend.

But the last two days have been nonstop.

I’ve been buried in prep and still need a little more time.

So we’ll stay closed this Saturday and Sunday and reopen Monday.

Sorry for the delay. I’d rather get it right than rush it.

5/27 New Menu Update

It’s 12:30 PM now, and I’m not going to lie — I’m behind on prep and won’t be able to open this evening.

I’ve been in the restaurant since 5:30 AM working nonstop, and honestly, I still see more work ahead than what’s actually finished. I truly wanted to open tonight, but I need more time to make sure everything is done properly.

We will be closed for the remainder of today and reopen tomorrow (Thursday) during normal business hours.

Because we lost a couple days of business this week, we will extend our hours and open:
• Saturday — Lunch & Dinner
• Sunday Lunch — 11 AM–2:30 PM

I’m extremely sorry for the delay again, and thank you for your patience and support.

Good food takes time — and I promise the new menu will be worth the wait.
