Hi NARA family in Bismarck!
We got a message today: "Your website won't let me order."
Sorry for the confusion β our online ordering IS working.
The first page looks like a menu, which is why people get stuck.
Here is exactly how to order direct (photos below):
1. Go to: nararamen.com/bismarck-menu
2. Tap a category β APPETIZERS, RAMEN, BUNS / RICE, DRINKS, or GLUTEN FREE. Do not just scroll.
3. You will be taken to our secure ordering partner: order.tbdine.com. This is normal. Choose your item. The prices you see here are our direct prices β for example Chicken Karaage $7.50, Edamame $5.45.
4. Tap the dish, choose your options (To Go, As Meal, etc.), then tap "Add to Cart - $7.50"
5. Tap "Your Cart" at the bottom, review your subtotal and tax, then tap "Checkout".

Why is DoorDash and Uber Eats more expensive, even for PICKUP?
Since we opened in Bismarck, we have told every pickup guest the same thing: if you are coming to get it yourself, please use our website, not the apps.
> Here is why: DoorDash and Uber Eats charge local restaurants a 15% to 30% commission on EVERY order, including pickup orders where they do no delivery. That fee pays for their drivers, insurance, app development, customer service, and ads.
> We will not shrink our portions or use cheaper ingredients to cover that fee. So the menu price on those apps has to be higher. On a $15 bowl of ramen, $2.25 to $4.50 goes straight to the app.
It is not extra profit for us.

If you accidentally placed a PICKUP order on DoorDash or Uber Eats, you can cancel it in the app (usually free within the first few minutes), then reorder on our website. Come to the counter, show us the cancellation, and we will honor the website price instantly.
