Introducing our Eat Your Way Around the World FIFA series! For the rest of June, we are taking your tastebuds on a global culinary tour, reimagining the national desserts of the competing countries as delicious, limited-edition cookies. 🗺️🍪

Starting June 10th, we are dropping our first two heavy-hitters:

Cookie of the Month: Brazil Brigadeiro 🇧🇷 – A rich, fudgy chocolate dream inspired by Brazil’s iconic sweet, loaded with chocolate sprinkles.

Cookie of the Week: Moroccan Baklava 🇲🇦 – Our signature dough stuffed with a piece of baklava, topped with a crunchy pistachio and walnut crumble, and adorned with a honey drizzle syringe!

🚨 Tag your TCC pal or leave a love note to our staff below 🚨 9 years ago today, we opened our very first brick-and-mortar on the corner of W Passaic & Darling Ave, right at the Four Corners where Bloomfield, Nutley, Clifton, and Montclair meet 💕🍪

This shop means everything to us. It was our first time baking outside of our mom’s attic, and the first time we got to introduce Northern New Jersey to what artisan, fresh-baked cookies are all about.

Bloomfield set the standard from day one, and it’s the same standard we carry into every location today: everything made by hand, baked fresh daily, and crafted with a whole lot of love.

We keep it real with our ingredients too: real butter, real sugar, real flour, real chocolate. No shortcuts, ever.

Thank you, Bloomfield, for hanging with us all these years. And to every staff member who’s been part of this journey (past and present) we couldn’t have done this without you 💕
