It's been awhile since I've made these cupcakes...

These are my Mango Graham Cupcakes. (Similar to the taste of Filipino Mango Float desert)

Graham cracker & Mango Based Cupcakes with Whipped Mango Frosting and topped with fresh mangoes and Graham cracker crumbs.

This is my first time making these and I had to figure things out along the way.

My Aunt asked for cupcakes for my cousin's bday... my cuz loves Dr. Pepper!!

So I searched for Recipes and found one. The cupcake base was yummy and my cuz said he can taste the Dr. Pepper (It was very subtle). The frosting recipes I found were a challenge. One was too liquidy so I made it whipped!

Here it is...Dr. Pepper cupcakes with a whipped Dr. Pepper frosting.

Had the honor of baking cupcakes for Alixandra's 8th Grade graduation celebration! Good Luck in High School! Thank You!
