The good news? It was such a hit that we’re already talking about whipping up another batch. No promises yet, but we hear you! 🍦

It all started with a lunch run to Jimmy John’s.

We tried their Lemon Strawberry Burst Cookie and immediately looked at each other and said, “This needs to be an ice cream flavor.” 🍦

Then, just to confirm we weren’t crazy, a customer messaged us and suggested the exact same thing. At that point, we knew we had to make it happen.

So we put our Jiffy Treet spin on it:

✨ Lemon custard ice cream
✨ Lemon white chocolate chip cookie dough
✨ Strawberry swirl

Sweet, tart, creamy, and packed with bright summer flavor.

The catch? We only made 3 gallons.

When it’s gone, it’s gone… unless you all convince us otherwise. 😉
