The Bru Bloomington management team took a trip to check out the brand-new Shin Dig location in Plainfield, and it did not disappoint!

Shin Dig is one of CRG’s newest concept, serving pizza, wings, burgers, sandwiches, mocktails, and more in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. We tried the Pig Fig Goat pizza, breadsticks, soy garlic wings, and a Berry Bliss mocktail, and everything was fantastic.

One of our favorite things about the restaurant was the huge selection of games available to take back to your table, making it a great spot for families, friends, or a casual date night. The service was excellent from start to finish—exactly what we’ve come to expect from CRG restaurants.

If you’re heading toward Indy, we definitely recommend checking out the new Plainfield location. And if you’re closer to downtown, be sure to visit the original Shin Dig location as well.

Carlos has been part of our team since the day we opened our doors and has spent the last two years working tirelessly behind the scenes to help deliver the quality and consistency our guests know and love.
