A quick post today. Lovely tuna today, nice marbling of fat and bright, tasty akami. It has been a little while since we have sazae, but today is the day! Oceanic and slightly sweet, this firm textured shellfish is in season. We also have the highest requested creme brulee in for the weekend! Take care everyone and hope to see you all soon!
