Today we were honored to host a very special baby shower. Thank you to Sylvia Carroll, Valerie Stephens and Brittany Pickard for pulling this together. Everything looks amazing! Excited to meet baby Ember! If yall haven't made it by in a while.... Come by this week and wish Dylan and Destiny a Congratulations! This will be Tom and Sylvia's 22nd Grandchild!

Today we celebrate the life of my sister, Juliana Brie Mayhew on her third birthday in Heaven.

Julie poured her heart into Carroll's Barbecue. She didn't just help with marketing, she helped shape the vision. She loved bringing people together, creating events for the community, and making everyone who walked through our doors feel like family. Her kindness, creativity, and love left a mark that can never be replaced.

These days, I've been honored to carry on the marketing for Carroll's Barbecue. I know I'll never fill Julie's shoes or match the love she poured into this place, but I hope to honor her by continuing the work she cared so deeply about.

Today, our family, our friends, and everyone whose life she touched wish her a happy birthday.

Happy Heavenly Birthday, Julie. We love you, we miss you, and your legacy continues to live on every day here at the restaurant.

A big thank you to this crew yesterday for helping with the parade. All of our helpers yesterday walking and handing out waters are children or grandchildren of Tom Carroll and Sylvia Carroll! It has been a special week filled with lots of adventures. Having this whole crew under 1 roof has definitely been a blessing!
