TONIGHT ONLY: Our BBQ pulled pork sandwich with purple slaw and pickles and fries or salad is yours for just 14 bucks! Dine in, carry out, we don't care - just give us $14 so you can eat this delicious sandwich that's been on the menu for over ten years!

But you better come early - more rain may be on the way and we don't like making delicious BBQ pork sandwiches in the rain.

Well, the last few days here in beautiful Bluff have been pretty exciting. And not in a good way. The amount of water that came down the San Juan is incomprehensible, and like so much out here pictures don't come close to communicating it's enormity. We are being told that it will take weeks to months before the floodwaters fully recede and the river is back to normal.

Though Comb Ridge Eat and Drink survived the flooding others in town were not as lucky. If you're looking to help - and your should be - please visit bluffcommunityfoundation.org/relief and make a donation. Just do it. Now. Click the link and donate a few dollars. The foundation is run by Bluff residents, and all donations go directly to those in and around town who need help putting their lives back together.

Comb Ridge will be closed tonight, Tuesday the 27th, to allow all our employees some time to recover and regroup, for roads and bridges to reopen, and for my nerves to calm down some. We should be back open tomorrow and hope to see you then. In the meantime, click that link and donate!

I don't know if there's a Mushroom Swiss Burger Championship. And I'm not saying that if there is, this would win. But it sure wouldn't loose.

Everything you want in a mushroom Swiss burger: lots of shrooms, lots of cheese, and over-the-top umami-ness.

Come on in tonight (if we haven't floated away) for our newest burger, the Oh Mommy.

Sorry guys, but Comb Ridge will be closed tonight due this crazy rain and potential for severe thunderstorms. This is not just for your comfort (outside restaurant + rain = soggy hamburgers), but for the comfort and safety of the staff, some of whom have an hour commute each way, including on dirt roads that are now mud bogs. Tomorrows forecast isn't much better, but it can change quickly and dramatically out here. We'll keep you posted.

Hi Everyone! If you've been thinking about making a reservation for our upcoming Fancy Pants Dinner on the 17th, the time to act is NOW!!! It was a late night, but the Fancy Pants Dinner menu is done, and, if I may be so bold, is AWESOME!

I'm not one to brag or get very excited, but this is a great menu - I'm pretty darn proud. Especially since it's been quite a while since I had to flex my fine dining muscles.

So join us on October 17th at 5:00 and find out what's on it (vegetarian option - also delicious - is available). You won't be dissapointed, I promise.

Reservation only, 21+ only. So call or stop by soon before we're all booked up and you'll have to hear about how awesome everything was and you'll feel left out and sad. You don't want that, do you?

Hey Guys! Exciting news!!

On October 17th - which I'm told is coming up very fast - Comb Ridge Eat and Drink will host what we're calling The Fancy Pants Dinner.

This is a four course dinner (maybe 5? There's some details to be worked out. Don't want to over-plan these things, you know) with some of the fanciest foods to ever come out of this kitchen. No burgers this night. It's the kind of food I used to cook long long ago in restaurants far far away.

But the menu is a secret, that's part of the fun. That and I haven't finalized it yet. Or, technically, started working on it.

It's all happening right here under the Cottonwood tree. Just one seating at 5:00, and space is very limited to under 35 guests. A vegetarian option is available with advance notice.
$95 per person, or 115 with w**e pairings, which would be a bargain at twice the price.
