Pull up a chair, brunch is on. Every Saturday until 1pm we're serving the full menu, including a few new names worth knowing. Breakfast Bombs, breaded biscuit bites stuffed with egg and cheese with gravy for dipping. Good Morning Tacos loaded with potato hash and a spicy dipping sauce. And fluffy stacked pancakes under a pour of seasonal raspberry syrup.

Bring your people and take your time. It's always a great day for coffee. ☀️

Early riser? Great with people? We need you behind our counter. Hugh's is hiring a part-time morning barista!

Your day would look like:
Pulling espresso shots and making drinks our regulars love
Welcoming folks in and running the register
Helping with baked goods and keeping things tidy
Opening the shop and setting the tone for a great morning

You're a good fit if you:
Enjoy talking with people and being part of a team
Show up on time and take pride in the details
Want to learn coffee (latte art skills a bonus, not a must)
Can stay on your feet and keep up when it gets busy

Our chicken salad croissant is light, creamy, and made fresh in house, or go for Hugh's Club if you want turkey, ham, bacon, and pesto mayo stacked high on Italian herb bread.

We're hiring a morning barista! ☕ Hugh's is looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our small team here in Bluffton.
What you'll do:

Craft espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies
Greet customers and take orders
Serve up baked goods and help with food prep
Keep the shop clean, stocked, and welcoming

What we're looking for:

A love of coffee and willingness to learn
Strong people skills and a positive attitude
Reliable and punctual, comfortable in a fast-paced morning rush
Experience is a plus but not required
