From corporate IT to building a business around memorable meals 🍽️

After the 2008 recession prompted Mark and Becky Chapman to rethink their plans, they discovered Melting Pot and knew they’d found something special. They opened their first restaurant in Tulsa, followed by Oklahoma City, and most recently Destin, Florida.

For the Chapmans, franchising is about more than a proven business model. It’s about a supportive, family-oriented community, a dedicated team, and creating a place where guests can celebrate life’s special moments.

“It’s not just a job… it has become our identity.” — Becky Chapman

Here’s to the people and partnerships that make every gathering around the fondue pot memorable. 🥂

For these local franchisee owners, follow the full story on our Melting Pot website located in our bio.

The most meaningful gift is time—and helping families make more of it for each other. 💛

Until Dec. 27, donate $20 at any U.S. Melting Pot and receive a $30 Donate & Dine Card for a future visit. Your contribution supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® and helps families focus on their child - not the cost of treatment, travel, housing, or food.
