Vagabond Coffeehouse is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team!

We’re seeking a dependable, energetic leader who is passionate about hospitality, coffee, community, and helping a small business thrive. This is a year-round leadership position with a guaranteed schedule of approximately 30–35 hours per week after training.

What we’re looking for:
☕ Coffee shop, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
☕ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
☕ Weekend and holiday availability
☕ Ability to occasionally work special events outside of normal business hours
☕ A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service

What you’ll do:
✔ Help lead daily coffeehouse operations
✔ Train and support team members
✔ Coordinate catering and events
✔ Ensure an exceptional guest experience
✔ Work alongside ownership to continue growing our community-focused business

Starting pay is $13/hour + shared tips during the training period, with advancement opportunities and pay raise upon successful completion of training.
