Our host Noah decided to take his Halloween costume straight from the kitchen, and we have to admit, the resemblance is pretty good! We’re just not sure Chef Greg is ready to give up his spot.

Nothing says fall quite like the aroma of freshly baked bread! At Fresco, we make our focaccia from scratch daily, bringing a little Italian tradition to the table. This classic bread is delicious on its own, but we love giving it a seasonal twist with flavorful additions like fragrant rosemary and briny olives.

Here's a fun fact for your next dinner conversation: Focaccia dates back to ancient Rome, where panis focacius referred to bread baked on the hearth. Its name comes from the Latin word focus, meaning hearth or fireplace. Over the centuries, this humble flatbread became a beloved Italian staple, with different regions developing their own delicious variations.
