It's been a while, and for that I apologize. For everyone who has supported us, here is what's been going on, where we're at, and what we hope happens in the near future. Back in June, my wife was in an accident, being hit by a driver who ran a stop sign, and they had some pretty sub par insurance. The injuries I won't discuss, but everything involved with the wreck, rental car, auto repairs, therapy visits, doctor visits, etc, we had to pay out of pocket and were told we would be re-imbursed. With the money involved in taking care of all of that, and to keep us from losing everything, I had to do the one thing I didn't want to in order to keep us going. In late August, I had to sell the food trailer. I hated to do it, but there was no other choice that I had, and it was the right thing to do for my family. Since then, I went back to work, and we have been thankful for some of y'all keeping us busy since that time through private caterings on the weekends. I apologize for being so quiet for so long, but the fear of letting all of you down kept me from saying anything about it, and I just couldn't do it for some reason until now. The time in the trailer, the customers we served, and the people we got to know on a personal level... Through the great days and some tough days, too, it was a great ride, I will never forget it, and I will always be thankful for everything you, the customer, gave us through your support. Every single one of you, thank you more than you know. I could never repay you for it. Now that I finally had the courage to get that out of the way, some better news...
I absolutely refuse to give this up. I love doing it, I miss doing it full time, and mainly, I miss getting to work for all of you. We are still doing caterings (and there is still some room for a few more Christmas orders, but I will post about that soon). Also, there has been a nice little spot that has become available, and it is right here in our area. If it all works out, which I hope it does more than you could imagine, there may be an actual restaraunt coming, and the chance for us to get back to seeing all of you again. I will let you know what happens! Until then, keep us in your thoughts, and if you pray, say a few words for us when you get the time. Again, thank you for everything, we miss and love y'all, and we'll post again soon.

Salsa - mild, medium, & hot $6 ea or 2 for $10
(If you've had it, here 'ya go! If you haven't, you should. Made from scratch in small batches, and canned into a 16oz jar of awesome).

Apologies first for the quiet week. We've been getting a bunch of messages asking where we've been. First part of the week, multiple teacher in-service caterings for their training days, and Friday and Saturday, we've temporarily relocated. A great customer of ours is in his first week of business at a new location. We'll be set up for lunch Friday (11-2), and hopefully longer than that Saturday, at 1103 N Center St, new location of Prestige Auto Detail right in the heart of Bonham. Apologies in advance, but we will not be opening Saturday. I want to, but after basically 35 days straight of lunches, public events, and private caterings, and about 4 hours of sleep each night, I've hit a little bit of a wall. I appreciate you all more than you know, and I hope y'all understand! I'm going to take this weekend to rest, get ready for the next few weeks, and spend some time with my wife and kids so they know I'm still a part of the family. That's serious, but also a joke, in case that needs clarification😂. Have a GREAT weekend, and stay in the shade as much as you can. Thank y'all, as always, for supporting the business. Without y'all, none of this works! We'll see y'all again very soon!

It's gonna be a HOT week, so here's some tips on how to keep your house cooler.
1.) Swing by and see us at The Feed Lot Tues-Thurs 11-2, and Fri-Sat 11-6
2.) Come up, place an order, and leave with some good food.

We had enough for lunch and last til close to 6, until an office order early in the day took half of what we had. We tried! Come see us tomorrow, and look on the bright side... Most offices are closed on Saturday😆. Have a great rest of the day, and thank you!
