❤️ A HEARTFELT APOLOGY FROM SATOSHI JAPANESE KITCHEN ❤️

To our valued customers,

We sincerely apologize for the long waiting times yesterday. We were overwhelmed with orders, and unfortunately, we weren’t able to serve everyone as quickly as we would have liked.

We also ask for your understanding and forgiveness if we didn’t communicate the waiting times clearly to some of our customers. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait without knowing what to expect, and we’re truly sorry for that.

🙏 Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We’re grateful for every order, every kind word, and even the honest feedback you share with us.

Your feedback matters! We take it seriously and see it as an opportunity to learn, improve, and provide better food and better service for everyone.

We may not be perfect, but we are committed to doing better every day. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve and for continuing to support our small business. ❤️

With appreciation,
Satoshi Japanese Kitchen Team 🍱❤️
