Fire up your holiday weekend with the ultimate comfort food! This week, we are serving up crispy, golden South Indian Crêpes (Dosas) alongside savory sides, sweet treats, and a special patriotic surprise. Completely flavorful, naturally fermented, and absolutely delicious.

Here is what’s cooking:

🥞 The Star of the Show: The Dosa
If you’ve never had a Dosa, think of it as a classic South Indian crispy crêpe or savory pancake! It’s crafted from a traditional, naturally fermented batter of ground rice and black lentils (urad dal), then swirled onto a hot griddle until perfectly golden and crisp.

Choose your style:

Plain Dosa: The timeless classic! Simple, elegant, and perfectly crispy—enjoy the pure, delicious flavor of the golden crêpe all on its own.

Masala Dosa Classic: Filled with a perfectly spiced, comforting potato and green pea mash.

Cheese Masala Dosa: Our classic potato-and-pea masala, leveled up with a layer of gooey, melted cheese. 🧀

Ghee Podi Dosa: Brushed with rich clarified butter (ghee) and dusted with podi—a savory, aromatic blend of roasted lentils and spices.

Nutella Dosa (Sweet Treat!): A crispy crêpe folded over a warm, decadent layer of Nutella. Pure bliss! 🍫

Dear Sri’s Kitchen family and friends,

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported us during our very first week at Ossman Harding, Tehaleh. The love, encouragement, and warm welcome from the community have truly touched our hearts. ❤️

🌟 We are incredibly proud to be the first Indian pop-up serving the Bonney Lake–Tehaleh community! Bringing authentic homemade Indian flavors to our neighborhood is a dream come true, and we’re grateful to have you as part of this journey.

Starting this weekend, we’ll be serving you every Saturday through July 25 with our new timing:
