Zach Anderson has been with us since the food truck days — the very beginning of Betty’s Biscuits. He’s been in the kitchen for every chapter since, from those early days to now serving up King Street.
Every biscuit, every recipe, every plate that comes out of that kitchen has his hands on it. This is his story. 👨🍳🧡
