Heartless Vampire look-alike, Steven Miller, has directed the development of a plan to set up institutions for the incarceration of the disabled, no matter the diagnosis. They have also been searching data about the homeless, including veterans, with the view of also sending them into institutions, and the homeless as well. Institutions are dangerous places, rife with neglect, lack of medical care and abuse.
Mentally ill or developmentally impaired people will also be targeted. This is why we tried to find places in their own communites and developed new programs for the disabled. They are also eying incarcerating people with Austism. These are not a rumor, there is plenty of public information about this horrible plan. This idea is ideal for the abuse of the disabled, elderly, and homeless.
According to Bloomberg Law, Stephen Miller was behind a DOJ memo that lets states institutionalize Americans with disabilities instead of funding the community care that allows them to remain home—undoing decades of reform and precedent.
