**A Fond Farewell from The Palace Restaurant**
After forty wonderful years of serving the Boonville community with food, friendship, and warm hospitality, it is with a mix of emotions that we, George and Olga Xufuris, announce the closing of The Palace Restaurant on March 30th. George is having surgery April 1st and will no longer be able to work.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to the incredible staff who have been the backbone of The Palace. Your dedication, hard work, and passion have made this place not just a restaurant, but a family. To our loyal customers, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your unwavering support, kindness, and generosity throughout the years. You made The Palace more than a place to eat; you made it a community where memories were shared and friendships flourished.
As we step into this new chapter, we carry with us the laughter, love, and connections that filled these walls. Though the doors of The Palace may close, the spirit of everything it represented will live on in our hearts—and, we hope, in yours too.
