From the wheat fields of Punjab to the islands of the Caribbean, paratha traveled with people who carried their whole culture in a recipe 🌊🫓

What started in South Asian kitchens crossed oceans, took on new names (roti, buss-up-shut, dhalpuri), and fed generations of diaspora communities who refused to let go of home. This plate is that story.

Live music, DJ, curated prix fixe menu, and crafted cocktails - all inspired by the world that made them.
