Basturma salad with our in house dried aged cured beef, lightly dressed arugula with parmesan and goat cheese crema, drizzled with carob molasses. Grilled shrimp with olive tapenade. And our new vegetarian option stuffed zucchini, with truffled cauliflower puree and mushroom duxelles.
