Thank you for an amazing 2025. We’re incredibly grateful for the love, support and energy you’ve shown us all year long. From every visit to every shared moment to every bite, none of this would be possible without our community. We can’t wait to keep building, growing and sharing more with you in the year ahead.

A huge huge thank you to our collaborators and friends for hosting us this year. We truly appreciate the love you’ve shown and helping us share more Malaysian and Southeast Asian food to your guests.

Boston and you’ve shown so much love each time we popped up. From our first pop up till now, we’ve felt it in every seat filled, every takeout bag, and every kind word that comes our way. What started as a small dream to share a taste of home has become something bigger, a table where stories and cultures meet together.

Thank you so much for showing up for us and for letting us share a little piece of home here in this city we love. We’re so grateful. 🧡

Our Feast of Heritage and Harmony pop-up was one to remember, a table where Japanese precision met Malaysian soul, and every bite told a little story of home, travel, and everything in between.

From the langoustine ceviche with Thai dressing and chili crisp, to the mushroom rendang futomaki, to those smoky charsiu beef ribs, we loved seeing you all savor, smile, and share it sekali (together). The dish that caught everyone’s tastebuds by surprise was the grilled corn smothered in sambal aioli and topped with pecorino!

Nights like these remind us what it means to makan sekali (eating together) to connect, to celebrate, and to keep these flavors alive in Boston.

🥒✨ That’s a wrap on Pickle Week with !

We went all in on the tang, crunch, brine, and you showed up hungry. 💚

From our spiced acar pickles, tangy mustard greens, salted egg yolk sauce to fermented shrimp paste sauce for our rojak. We had the best time sharing our love for all things pickled and ferments with you.

Huge thanks to everyone who came through, brought friends, and made this pop-up so special. And of course, to the amazing team at Eastern Standard for letting us participate with the pickle party. Let’s not forget the delicious cocktails that paired with the food so well🥂

Wow, it’s been over a month since our last pop-up at and . Time flies when you’re still dreaming about cocktails and mortadella dogs.

Massive shoutout to all of you who came through. The vibes were immaculate, the energy was loud, and the makanan? On point. You all really brought the love (and the appetites). You all are the reason we do this.

The cocktails from the Equal Measure crew? Dangerously good. We’re still thinking about how perfectly they paired with our food ... like they were meant to be. Soulmates in a glass and on a plate.

Huge thanks to and .louie for capturing the night so beautifully. The vibes, the food, the chaos , all caught in perfect light.

We can’t get enough of this one.
Bubur cha cha is the ultimate comfort dessert thats warm, creamy, and full of soul.

Our version starts with soybeans and coconut milk, slow-steeped in pandan leaves for 4 hours (!!) for that deep, fragrant flavor. Sweetened with gula melaka, not sugar, not your typical palm sugar, it’s just that rich, smoky, caramel-y goodness.

Then we layer it up with:
✨ red bean mochi
🟣 taro rice pearls
🫧 sago
🍠 tender sweet potatoes

Every spoonful is cozy, nostalgic and totally SEKALI.

We’re still riding the high from last night’s pop-up and thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a special evening.

From the bottom of our hearts, terima kasih banyak for showing up with open minds, hungry stomachs, and so much love. It means the world to share Malaysian flavors with our Boston community, and your support keeps us inspired to keep pushing, creating, and cooking.

Can’t stop thinking about that Bornean Bite from our June Bug pop-up. It is unlike anything we’ve made before, and easily one of the most delicious.

The rich Sarawak pepper & roasted garlic béchamel brought warmth and depth, while sweet Jonah crab, melty mozzarella, sharp pecorino, and crisp red onion balanced richness with brightness. Finished with aromatic curry leaves and Thai basil, this one was a flavor bomb!

Simply creamy, spicy, herbaceous, unforgettable.

Still dreaming about our last pop-up at June Bug! One of the highlights: our Mortadella Sausage Salad—a bold, flavor-packed dish with sweet-savory palm sugar vinaigrette, crunchy roasted peanuts, spiced kerisik (toasted coconut flakes), crisp pea greens, little gem lettuce, and loads of fresh mint + cilantro.

A little funky, a little fiery, and full of Southeast Asian soul. Thanks to everyone who came out—your energy makes it all worth it and a huge thank you to June Bug for hosting us!

Meet Kuih Bakar—a rich, fragrant, and perfectly caramelized coconut pandan-infused treat, topped with toasted sesame seeds for that extra crunch. Soft on the inside, golden on the outside, and full of nostalgia in every bite.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to our pop-up—we are so grateful for your support, energy, and love for what we do. Sharing our food and culture with you all is what makes these moments so special.

A huge thank you to Chef of for collaborating with us and bringing his incredible talent and creativity to the table.

To our guests—your enthusiasm and support mean everything to us. Seeing you enjoy each dish, engage with the experience, and celebrate these moments together is why we do what we do. These gatherings are about more than just food; they’re about connection, tradition, and shared joy.
