Breakfast Protein Oats with Peanut Butter Banana & Berries
35g rolled oats
150ml unsweetened almond milk
15g chocolate whey protein
5g peanut butter
50g banana
30g berries
Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
Bring milk and oats and cinnamon to a boil for 3-4 minutes until creamy.
Remove from heat, let it cool, stir in protein and peanut butter until smooth.
Top with banana and berries.
Enjoy!
Just under 400 calories, satisfying enough to keep you full until lunch.
