Allo Simonne means "Hello Simonne!" in Quebecois. This is how Vincent and Quentin paid their homage to Quentin's grandmother Simonne, who inspired him with her cooking, when they started their chocolate company in Montreal. Julia and Julie have visited their tiny chocolate "factory" where they roast the cocoa beans and nuts, and make their bean-to-bar (and bean-to-jar) delicacies.

Allo Simonne's Praline Noisette is the most absolutely decadent blend of roasted hazelnuts, caramelized cane sugar, true vanilla, and Fleur de Sel. It's gluten-free with no added oils & no preservatives, and it's addictively delicious. Honestly, we just eat it off a spoon, but you *could* drizzle it over vanilla or chocolate ice cream, or toast with bananas, or cookies.... 🌰

Lapierre Morgon is hard to get - but at least for now we have Lapierre's "Le Beaujolais". It's a little lighter and a little less pricy than our beloved Morgon, which makes it just right for summer drinking, with a slight chill, of course.

These rustic little Spanish crackers are made in AndalucĂ­a using just flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, sesame seeds, fresh baker's yeast, and sea salt. The texture is a result of being rolled out and cut by hand. They're light but thick enough to hold up to your favorite cheeses & tapas. We have several varieties but this one with smoked spanish Pimenton de la Vera (DOP) is our favorite. Not spicy, just delicious.

Makrut Lime Leaf is an essential ingredient in many Thai dishes, and these are directly sourced by our local Curio Spice Co. from California, so even though they're dried you can be assured they're super fresh.
These leaves should be used as you would use a bay leaf, but they impart a super citrussy lime flavor to every broth or sauce you add them to. Try in steamed mussels with some garlic and ginger, or in your favorite Thai curries or to garnish cocktails!

Teeny cookies in perfect pink little bags and boxes! We directly import these sweet little hazelnut cookies from the famous little cafe in Chivasso, Italy, where they've been making them since 1922. Bonfante's Nocciolini are made with just egg whites, hazelnuts, and sugar. You'll want to eat a whole bowl of them.

Back in stock! Gluten-free Alfajores from Wooden Table Baking Co. in Oakland, CA. Think gluten free artisanal butter cookies filled with creamy dulce de leche.

Wooden Table was founded in 2011 by Andrés Ozzuna, who grew up in San Isidro, Argentina, just outside Buenos Aires, and inherited his love of baking from his grandmother, Tomasa. They use only real eggs, milk, butter, and sugar, along with imported dulce de leche. Yum.

Spoon sweets are traditional Greek preserves typically made of whole fruit in syrup. This lovely Mandarin Peel sweet is made by Citrus Chios, a family-owned company that produces marmalades and jams with ingredients from the island of Chios in the Aegean Sea .

The aromatic and flavorful Chios mandarin peel is cultivated in the island’s celebrated Kambos orchards.

Try it on your morning toast or scones, of course, but also with olive oil cake, on yogurt, over vanilla ice cream, or alongside fresh goat cheeses.
