Cheers to McKinley! 🥃🏔️

The mastermind behind our Westland feature: McKinley, our bartender at Stack 571 in Totem Lake. He created and developed every cocktail on this lineup, and each one is a stop on a journey through the Cascades.

Here’s the trail:

🥾 Trailhead: Where the hike begins. An Old Fashioned-style sipper with Westland Wh***ey Watchpost, herbal Amaro Montenegro, and orange bitters. Aromatic, citrusy, and gently bittersweet.

🏕️ Base Camp: Bright and fruity. The moment you drop your pack and settle in.

🌄 Last Light: Refreshing and ginger-led. Golden hour in a glass.

🌲 Night Watch: Rich and contemplative. For long pours and slow conversation by the fire.

Four drinks. Four distinctive ways into wh***ey. And one very talented bartender who made it all happen. 👏

Come say hi to McKinley, grab a cocktail, or order the flight and taste all four Westland expressions side by side.

Thank you, McKinley! 🧭

LAST CHANCE. 🚨 We don’t like to think about it either, but it’s the facts.

🇩🇪 The Brat Burger. 🇩🇪 Beef and bratwurst patty. Melted Swiss. Bourbon caramelized onions. Tangy kraut. Stone-ground mustard. Toasted pretzel bun.

🎃 The Pumpkin Shake. 🎃 Vanilla soft serve. Pumpkin. Fall spices. Caramel swirl. Whipped cream. Add Kraken Rum if you’re feeling mischievous.

Last chance to get both before they’re gone. Don’t make us watch you miss out. 😭

Meet the artist behind this month’s Burger and Shake of the Month poster. 🎨

That’s Brooklyn Futrell. Her drawings are so sweet and special! So much detail😍🍺🥨🎃

Her masterpiece paints a picture for our two October heavy hitters:

🇩🇪 The Brat Burger. 🇩🇪
Beef & bratwurst blend patty. Melted Swiss. Bourbon caramelized onions. Tangy kraut. Stone-ground mustard. All piled high on a toasted pretzel bun. A little savory, a little tangy, and a whole lotta brat.

🎃 The Pumpkin Shake. 🎃
Vanilla soft serve. Rich pumpkin. Cozy fall spices. Caramel swirl. Whipped cream. Go ahead, be basic. We won’t judge. Add Kraken Rum for a little extra fall mischief.

Know a young artist with big talent? DM us if you’d like your child to be the next Burger and Shake of the Month artist. ✏️

Thank you, Brooklyn. You made October look delicious! 🧡

Wh***ey Wednesday: Westland Wh***ey Edition.
Stop 1: The Trailhead 🥾

Every good hike starts at the trailhead, so we started there too.

🥃 Westland Watchpost, Amaro Montenegro, simple syrup, Angostura & orange bitters, orange peel & Luxardo cherry.
We took the first sip so you don’t have to. 👀 (You still should.)

🥃 The Taste: It’s rounded and aromatic, with a hit of expressed orange on the nose. Wh***ey warmth and gentle sweetness meet herbal, bittersweet depth from the amaro. The bitters bring spice and structure to the finish, and the wh***ey stays front and center the whole way through.

🍊 Who it’s for: Old Fashioned drinkers, and anyone who likes their wh***ey with a little sweetness and a lot of complexity. If that’s you, this is your easiest way into the Westland feature.

Created by our talented lead bartender McKinley out of Totem Lake as the first step on a four-drink journey through the Cascades. Next up: Base Camp. 🏕️

Come hit the trail with us. 🧭

🥃⛰️Wh***ey Wednesday: Westland Wh***ey edition.

Born in the Pacific Northwest. Crafted in Seattle. Now pouring at all Washington Stack 571 locations.

Westland explores American wh***ey through distinctive grains, casks, and a deep connection to the region. We’re digging into four expressions, and our lead bartender McKinley out of Stack 571 in Kirkland built a cocktail lineup that plays out like a trip through the Cascades.

🥾 Trailhead: aromatic and spirit forward. Start here.
🏕️ Base Camp: bright and fruity. Time to settle in.
🌄 Last Light: refreshing and ginger-led. Golden hour in a glass.
🌲 Night Watch: rich and contemplative. Stay a while.

Four drinks. Four ways into wh***ey. Every one fits its name and its spot on the trail.

Want it all at once? Skip the trail map and order the flight to taste them side by side.

Pick your path. 🧭 Follow us for future Wh***ey Wednesday’s where we review each cocktail.
