The Greenbriar Inn is an elegant restaurant, tavern and private event space located in the north Boulder countryside and nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. The surrounding 20 acres features two ponds, striking woodland, and thriving vegetable, fruit, and flower gardens. Our little on-site farm is starting to flourish and we are harvesting! Kale, spinach, Swiss chard, rhubarb, herbs, mint and lavender are all coming in and our red and green leaf lettuces and cherry tomatoes are almost ready. Look for all of our garden fresh items throughout our menus and stay tuned for some new summer selections coming to our dinner menu next week! 🥬🌱🍅🌾

The first official weekend of summer is here! ☀️ Whether you are celebrating Juneteenth, the Solstice, Father’s Day (or all three!), we have some special offerings and hours this weekend.
• Friday, June 19th- Join us for our regular dinner hours from 5-9pm with happy hour from 5-6pm.
• Saturday, June 20th- Closed for a private event.
• Sunday, June 21st- we will be offering our epic brunch buffet for Father’s Day from 10am-3pm and will be closed for dinner.
