🍷 An Evening with Klinker Brick W**ery at SALT.

Join us at SALT on Pearl Street in downtown Boulder at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, November 17, for a four-course w**e dinner celebrating Klinker Brick, a renowned California w**ery known for its bold and expressive New World w**es.

The evening will be hosted by passionate w**e enthusiast and Klinker Brick Regional Manager Cory Brown, alongside SALT Chef Paolo Neville and Beverage Director Colin Kuster.

Together, they will guide guests through four celebrated Klinker Brick w**es, each thoughtfully paired with a seasonal course featuring dayboat scallops, duck confit risotto, dry-rubbed elk sirloin, and a chocolate truffle finale.
