Happy Last Day of School! Our 2025-2026 school year was absolutely incredible all thanks to our amazing students!

We hope our students have a safe and fun summer! We can’t wait to see all of our renovations for the next school year!

Four years ago they walked into Culinary Arts 30 students ready to go wondering how to hold a chef knife... today they’re walking out ready to take on the world.
From burnt cookies, broken hollandaise, and “Chef, is this supposed to look like this?” moments... to award-winning dishes, competitions, catering events, and college acceptances, the Class ot 2026 has cooked up one incredible journey that will never be forgotten.
We’ve laughed, stressed, cried, plated, cleaned, competed, succeeded, and maybe set off a smoke alarm or two along the way. But through it all, you’ve grown into talented young culinarians and even better people.
The recipes may change, but the memories, friendships, and lessons from this kitchen will last a lifetime.
Now go chase your dreams... and remember, behind every great chef is a sink full of dishes. ❤️🍽️🎓

What an incredible day of culinary exploration for our Sophomore Class! 🐋🍕👨‍🍳

Students kicked off the day with a 4-hour whale watch out of Plymouth, experiencing the beauty of New England’s marine environment firsthand.

Next, they traveled to Edge Pizza in Plymouth, where Chef Mike Wisdom introduced students to the art of Detroit-style pizza while sharing his personal culinary journey and advice for future chefs.

The learning continued at , where award-winning Chef Stephen Coe treated students to a tasting of tortellini and pork belly while discussing the competitive culinary world, his experiences competing at the highest levels, and even what it was like to beat ! Students had the opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable insight into building successful culinary careers.

To top off an unforgettable day, the group enjoyed a well-earned ice cream stop before heading home.

A huge thank you to Chef Mike Wisdom, Chef Stephen Coe, Edge Pizza, and Cork & Table for investing in the next generation of culinary professionals. Experiences like these help bring classroom learning to life and inspire our students to pursue their culinary dreams.

Our Bakeside students this week were busy creating their very own 2 tier cake as their final project! 🎂

Students created their own timeline to make a 6” and 8” cake of their choosing, creating their own flavor pairings with their fillings and created a design of choice!

We love seeing their creativity shine through their work. Way to go sophomores!!

What a fun week!! Starting off with a tour to Germany by tasting classic snacks from Germany 🇩🇪. Our Freshman Bakeside students tasted each snack and rated each snack on taste, creativity and texture all while thinking the differences between USA snacks and Germany’s!

Then it was Mystery Ice Cream Basket where students picked a mystery ice cream flavor to make and as a group we conducted taste testing! 🍦🍧🍨 flavors included: coffee Oreo, dragon fruit, toasted marshmallow and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Such a delicious way to enter summer ☀️

Our next project was 50 States 50 Desserts inspired by an article. Each student chose a state at random and learned about that states most popular dessert! The states picked were: Arkansas Possum Pie, Nevadas Basque Cheesecake, and Georgias Peach Soft Serve. Such a delicious way to learn about other states delicacies.

Then to practice our piping skills as a memory keepsake we decorated picture frames with spackle (frosting) and piping tips!

And of course our fun day adventure out to Duxbury Oyster Company.

Hands on learning is always our priority and we can’t wait to see what these students will work on next!

Today we took our junior class for a day out in Providence to visit
Here students got a first hand look to what culinary school is really like!

Students then enjoyed some fun at Roger Williams zoo seeing larger catering opportunities while also getting to see some animals 🐒🐘

Then students dined at for some tasty ramen and small bites. Thank you to their sous chef for providing an inside look at the industry as a career.

Ending the night with which we learned about their sustainable made ice cream!
