Bowdon Coffee Roasters Bowdon Coffee Roasters is a small roastery located in the old breakroom of the town's abandoned textile mill.

BCR is a coffee shop committed to roasting and presenting the finest cup of coffee available. We roast every week and wholesale to several local coffee shops and businesses. We also serve frappes, smoothies, milkshakes and have eight flavors of ice cream. We have various pastries like cookies, scones, muffins, and now bagels(plain, cream cheese, or peanut butter and jelly) and we can take pre orders for coffee and pastries for gatherings/meetings you just have to call ahead.

Well just talked with my coffee wholesaler, Walker Coffee out of Houston, and two interesting facts; the main shipping/distribution point at Continental Terminals in New York, "updated their software to make it better" and instead of shipments getting out within two days (my past 18 year history with them) they are now more than two weeks behind. ADDITIONALY, speculators apparently have "discovered" the Coffee Market (C Market) and coffee prices rose $.53 cents in one day purely on "market speculation" Alas.

Hey folks with allergies! BCR ordered 2 types of Gluten free muffins!! These are free from: dairy, gluten peanuts, treenuts.. the muffins are wrapped individually to help reduce cross contamination! Please let us know your allergy we try our best to reduce crosscontamination but it's still possible. Because we do have dairy, peanut, tree nut ,and gluten in our other products.

We have an old wooden phone booth in the shop and are planning an art installation on some sides of it and need some old phone books. Also would like one that could reside in the "phonebook holder" inside the booth. Help?
