Happy Dance! Creative Cakes & Pastries So let me start by saying I am a self-taught baker who learned through loving the craft. So you tell me what you want...and I make it work. :)

I am very good at what I do because I am a perfectionist who does it until it is right, no matter how many drafts it takes! I do many different desserts, but specialize in cakes for people with food allergies & restrictions as well as non-traditional styles and flavors. Many of my style ideas I get from books I have accrued over time, but many are also developed based on the desires of my clients.
