A huge thank you to everyone who made our first weekend so special—we loved seeing so many of you! 💛

As we settle in, we realized our hours may have caused a little confusion (and we never want anyone missing out on their burrito, coffee, or ice cream fix!). To keep things simple, we’re aligning our café and restaurant hours for now:

🕚 Monday–Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🚪 Closed Sunday

You can now count on the full menu—burritos, coffee, ice cream, and more—all day during those hours at Oscar’s Burritos.

And good news—earlier café hours are still our goal! ☕ We hope to expand into morning coffee service once we’re ready.

Thank you so much for your continued support and understanding—it truly means the world to us. We can’t wait to see you again soon! 🍦☕🌯

What an incredible day—thank you, Boxborough! 🎉🍦☕

We’re so grateful to everyone who came out to celebrate the Grand Opening of the new café at Oscar’s Burritos. Your support, smiles, and excitement made the day truly special for us.

A big thank you as well to the Boxborough Business Committee and Senator Jamie Eldridge for joining us for the ribbon cutting—it meant so much to mark this moment with the community.

We loved sharing samples, seeing familiar faces, and welcoming so many new ones. Whether you stopped by for coffee, a burrito, or a scoop (or all three 😊), we’re so happy to have you as part of this next chapter.

If you couldn’t make it, we hope to see you soon—there’s always something delicious waiting for you! 🍦🌯☕

Oscar’s Burritos is expanding—and you’re invited to celebrate! Their brand-new café space is officially opening, bringing ice cream, coffee, pastries, and more right next door to your favorite burrito spot.
