Jane and Wayne's son, David Merrill, is now the General Manager of the business. He is being groomed to take over and is already implementing a lot of new ideas and menu items. You often see him with his daughter Elle and his son Jackson (Jax) holding down the fort - and even his wife Kara will pitch in when she's around - we're working on the forth generation joining our crew (tho Elle is only 7 and Jax 18 months).
