For our espresso, we use our Zemil Blend! It’s the only blend we sell, and it’s a blend of Columbia, Guatemala, and Honduras coffee.

It has notes of chocolate, caramel, graham cracker, honey, and a cherry finish.

All of our coffee is available to order on our website if you’re interested in trying (linked in the bio)!

Fun fact: Zemil means “joyful melody”
