Now even the vegans of Bozeman can celebrate the occasion with a 100% plant-based hot dog or chili dog at Tabay’s Mindful Kitchen🌱
A lot of love goes into the food we serve, especially our Great Plains Chili Cheese Dog!🌭
Chef Sahel wouldn’t want you to be overwhelmed if heaven forbid you had a whole bean in your bite, so she takes the time to split each individual bean before adding it to the chili so everything is balanced👩🏻‍🍳🫘
Come by to enjoy our Denali Dog or Great Plains Chili Cheese Dog, and taste the love and care in each half-bean-bite!💚

Grand Opening is almost here! Come by July 1st to experience the new Tabay's Mindful Kitchen!

Tabay's Mindful Kitchen, now operating on Seventh Avenue in Bozeman, is the city's newest dedicated vegan eatery. Owner Tabay Atkins said his goal isn't just to serve vegan customers, but to show anyone that plant-based comfort food can be just as satisfying.

Over the past few months, we’ve been rebuilding Tabay’s Mindful Kitchen into something brand new!
Still 100% plant-based.

Still made with the same heart and purpose.
Now reimagined as a whole new experience inspired by the great outdoors, road trips, and the places that shaped us along the way.
