We’re proud to share that our partnership with One Stop Housing is taking off! 🦪🏠

Last year, Oysters Rock Hospitality invested in Forest Cove, a workforce affordable housing community near Anna Maria Oyster Bar Landside. When it is completed in 2028, 12 brand new apartments will be reserved exclusively for Oysters Rock team members.

In the meantime, our employees have access to special rental rates at The Nest in Bradenton, with apartments starting at $1,170 per month, utilities included, and application fees waived. Team members who lease at The Nest may also have the opportunity to transfer their lease to Forest Cove once it is ready.

We’re proud to invest in solutions that help our people find safe, comfortable and affordable housing close to work.
