At PIER 22 (and our sister restaurant ), our sauces are made from scratch in-house, not poured from a package or purchased pre-made. Here's our Charred Tomato Lemon Beurre Blanc, freshly prepared by our culinary team and often served with our Fresh Catch feature. 🍅🐟
