✨️ A little reminder from Serenity Fitness!

To celebrate my achievement and my 25th anniversary with Stephen Spohn, I'm heading out for a little rest and relaxation October 21–27!

While I'm away, some of our regular classes will still be happening, thanks to our wonderful instructors!

Here's what to expect next week:

🧘 Monday, October 19: All classes as scheduled with Michelle and Katie.

🧘 Tuesday, October 20: All classes as scheduled with me and Katie.

🌴 Wednesday, October 21: STUDIO CLOSED

🧘 Thursday, October 22: Vinyasa Flow at 5:30 PM with Ashley. No Myofascial Release or Chair Yoga.

🧘 Friday, October 23: PiYo at 5:30 PM with Michelle. No Morning Flow.

🌴 Saturday, October 24: STUDIO CLOSED

🧘 Monday, October 26: All classes as scheduled with Michelle and Katie.

🧘 Tuesday, October 27: All classes as scheduled with Katie.

I'll be back in the studio Wednesday, October 28, with Yoga Basics, Gentle Yoga and Myofascial Release.

Thank you for continuing to support our instructors while I'm away! But remember to reserve your spot for them. If no one registers, the class will be canceled. Keep showing up for yourselves, enjoy your practice, and I'll see you when I get back! 💜

The DAR held a wonderful and insightful meeting at the Meade County Extension Office, celebrating two outstanding individuals who have made meaningful contributions to our community!

Gerry Fisher, with the Meade County History Museum, and Boyd Emmert, for his dedication to Buttermilk Falls, were recognized for their efforts in preserving and enhancing the history and beauty of Meade County.

We are truly grateful for these two remarkable gentlemen and their continued commitment to making our community a better place. Thank you to the DAR for a wonderful meeting and for recognizing those who make a difference!
