Hey everyone, this beautiful weather has us preparing for summer! We want to announce we have begun making and offering summer salads in our togo case at the Cafe! A little background, Kate and I started our food careers over 25 years ago at Greg’s Market in Middlebury. At Greg’s we learned sooo much. We each worked there for a few years in the deli. Ever since we have adopted there recipes and ways as our own. We will offer potato salad, tuna Mac, garden pasta, traditional pasta salad, peanut chicken Thai noodle salad, and more. We will also offer baked beans, home made meatballs and chili! These will be offered every day! We are one of the only places in Brandon that you can get fresh house made summer salads. We will offer them by the half pound ,pound and two pound containers. We will also take pre orders if you have an event you would like us to make the salad! We will come in handy this summer when you are on the way to a picnic or cook out and you need to bring a dish!
