I have made the decision to not re-open Trailside Restaurant. While there are a number of reasons the most recent mandatory shut down is among the top three if not the major factor. I am proud of what has been accomplished over the past eight years of my ownership. The facility improvements are extreme, from infrastructure you don't see to amenities you do. I am proud to have employed from eight to twenty two people per annum, many of which we mentored into the working world. I know I speak for the entire staff when I say we are proud of the friendly atmosphere we have provided, the quality of meals we have served and the 4.7 five star rating you have given us. We will miss all of you and wish to thank you for your loyal patronage. Heather will continue to cater family style meals for now upon call ahead request by the pound for parties of up to 30. Please contact her at 315-209-2725 to discuss menu options. Danny and I will not physically be at the restaurant unless we get orders ahead of time for family style meals. We have to have enough notice to get the ingredients. We can make just about anything. My cell is 315-209-2725.
