Hello Dosa Fans and Friends,
This season, we are taking a step back from Dosa Kitchen Food Truck to reevaluate our business model. While we are not closing our doors, we will not be operating the food truck this season. We recognize this may be tough food news for our loyal customers, such as Daisy, who shared that much of her Brattleboro experience has centered around Dosa Kitchen. We deeply appreciate every customer who has supported the food truck over the past decade and look forward to reconnecting in a different way in the future. In the meantime, Leda’s Kitchen is offering unique weekly meals to pick up that you won’t find anywhere else in Brattleboro or the surrounding areas. Alongside a variety of international dishes from kung pao chicken to Ethiopian chicken stew, the menus also include favorites from the Dosa Kitchen selection, such as chicken curry, beef keema, and dosa batter, so you can recreate the Dosa Kitchen experience at home. Additionally, our food trailer is available for rental this season:

$1,000 per month, minimum 6 months rent

$2000 Security deposit and 1st month rent upfront

Thanks to everyone who ordered for Leda's Kitchen's first week! Pickup is today. Saag paneer is an epic dish to make: home-made organic paneer, tons of fresh spinach, a touch of cream to balance the earthy, mineraly taste of tons of fresh spinach.
