Farmers all around Louisiana are pulling fuller and fuller traps every week, and you know what that means! Basic economics - as supply increases, the price drops, and that’s exactly what you’re seeing right now!

We’re still in early season, which is a great balance. You’re getting that crisp shell early-season crawfish, but they’re starting to get a little hardier too, so it’s a really good time to order if you want that early-season taste without them being quite as delicate.
