One of the greatest honors of being part of our community is getting to watch students grow up right before our eyes.

For years, 2 siblings have been part of our Wednesday morning routine. On late-start days, we’d see them stop in before school, and over time those visits became something we looked forward to. We were simply a small stop in their weekly routine, and that alone was special to us.

Cole (in the photo) reached out to thank us for being a part of his journey as he prepared for his next chapter at the U.S. Air Force Academy. Today, he stopped by for one last drink before leaving, and we couldn’t have been more humbled.

He and his sister are some of the kindest, most focused, and goal-driven young people we’ve had the privilege of knowing. We have no doubt they will accomplish incredible things, and we’re excited to cheer them on from afar.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do.

Just recently, we also welcomed back a family who moved to Idaho. While visiting town, they made sure to stop by as often as they could before heading home. Another family moved to Australia years ago and, when they returned to visit, their very first stop after landing was right here at Chill.

Yes, we serve coffee and tea, but what fills our hearts are the relationships built across the counter. It’s the students we’ve watched grow up, the families who become friends, the milestones we get to celebrate, and the memories that somehow stay connected to this little corner of our community.

To the families who continue to make us a part of your lives—whether you’re here every day, every week or visit when you’re back in town—thank you. Your stories mean more to us than you’ll ever know.

These connections are the heart of our business. They are the reason we do what we do, and after nine years, they remain our greatest reward. ❤️

Inspired by the toys, stories, and friendships that remind us we’re never too old for a little imagination, this special tea experience will feature themed treats, delightful teas, and plenty of playful surprises along the way.
