Today is the National ICE Out Shutdown.
Many businesses are bravely closing in support,
and while our restaurants will be open,
we want to be clear that we stand in solidarity
with every single one of them.
As immigrants ourselves, we believe in dignity,
respect, care, and compassion of all people.
And above all else, we believe in COMMUNITY.
Our restaurants will always be safe, welcoming,
inclusive spaces for people of all walks of life to
gather and connect, to nourish both bodies and souls,
and to feel like family at a home away from home.
Our dedication to being a beacon of camaraderie
and collaboration in this city will never stop.
Our values are rooted in our staff and our guests.
Saint Louis is nothing without the work, culture,
love, and life brought by immigrants.
The heart of STL beats through the footsteps
of past, present, and future generations
of people from all over the world.
Despite the fear, grief, and uncertainty
of current circumstances, we promise to continue
