Lobster bake screams summer, but what we love about this dish is what is back- the potatoes and corn, comes from two of our farmer friends, new potatoes from Sunset farm and the first of the summer corn (I know bc she picked it specially it for me, and snuck it onto my van) from Ox Hollow farm.
