We hope that all the Fathers' are enjoying the nice weather and some "Smokin" BBQ of their own today! We wouldn't be the men we are without you continously guiding and pushing us as men. Shout out to my dad in heaven, John Temple Sr., and my father role models, Anthony Bader, Steve Temple, David Temple, Kevin Montagano, and last but not least, Dr. Mr. Jule. After more than 15 years in fine dining kitchens, I’m bringing my passion for food and live-fire cooking to the community.

EMBER is built around three simple elements:
FIRE • CHARCOAL • SALT

Using traditional Japanese Binchōtan charcoal and techniques, I’ll be serving bold flavors inspired by my time in kitchens across the United States.

You’ll find EMBER at Farmers Markets, Pop-ups & Private Events.

THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING..

This all done custom by us to accommodate any specific protien, complimenting veggies, condiments, and its all done interactively by us right in front of you!!

We are extremely excited for this concept not only for the quality of food, unlimited variations on how/what to offer, etc, but the very personal relationship from grill/smoker, to our preparing hands, to your plate!!

(Here is a picture of us preparing ground brisket to incorporate with sirlion and chuck for the best quality meat you will find around!) We hope to receive more customers looking for this for their events soon!!! 🔥🔥👨🏽‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳
