Through December we’re excited to be grilling street tacos for the rest of 2025. The menu will feature different styles of tacos, interesting flavor combinations like grilled chicken lettuce, tomato, Alabama white, and a grilled chicken with fresh jalapeño and pickled red onions, and a creamy cilantro chimichuri sauce. We’re also serving grilled subs, with the spicy chicken Philly and the BBQ white. The fryers will be turned off until next year as we prepare for the cold 🥶 winter ❄️ months ahead. January 1, 2026 we will be closed until the weather warms back up unfortunately. I was going to stay open through the winter it’s a tough decision but its in the best interest of my family. In September of 2024 I suffered a catastrophic injury to my sciatic nerve and was unable to walk for several months. After intensive rehabilitation and recovering while working a full time job for nearly a year I was back to my old self and able to roll the truck out back in October of this year. Its been a good 3 months and I do plan on being open in spring of 2026. Thank you 🙏 everyone for supporting us. You can catch us this Saturday in Elizabethton TN.

Thank you everyone tonight was awesome we’re going to miss setting up here, very cool 😎 spot and good people, a real Irish pub that supported us and the food truck community, tomorrow Sunday its football 🏈 time, Go Bills!!, we’re bringing wings with many sauces and dry rubs, serving waffle fries, and burgers. Stop by and pair a delicious beer with spicy food.
